Document PD Casal Burned - San Romano

n The following Members of the Assembly of Circolo PD Casal Burned - San Romano held November 15, 2010 and the unanimous view expressed in that forum, the club wants to make their voices heard on serious and far too long crisis that is going through the V Hall.

Following entry into the API Rutelli, former member of Circle Caradonna, withdrawal and the subsequent appointment of a new council, we want to express our disagreement and our astonishment at how the President, are managing this very complex and delicate phase. This stage should be closed as soon as possible with the aim to revive the coalition that governs V Hall. This seems, however, not a priority for the President who prefer to deal mainly with his personal destinies instead of the government of the Municipality.

We are tired of seeing the attempt by the President of scale in political terms, the Democratic Party which, apart from anything else, remains largely the force more representative of the coalition. The President can not think of the government as if it were 'one man in command'. We believe that to be understood as a collective experience, in which the President is key but not the monarch. We therefore reject the sockets totally one-sided position on the governance arrangements made by the President, in the method and the substance.

We also consider a priority, even before any discussion on governance arrangements, a major political debate about the mission of this Municipality. Such reflection is essential for us to understand if the intention of the President is really (and not just words) to consider the center-left coalition as the grid on which to rely in the coming years. We therefore unacceptable increasingly obvious nods to the PDL, and we strongly urge a point of political and programmatic clarity.
This point clearly represents for us the main and indispensable condition to see if there are any conditions to continue the experience of government with President Caradonna. Citizens with their vote gave us a clear mandate of our government to the territory on the basis of a shared program by the President and the entire coalition. We believe it is advisable to review serious and extensive that program in order to revive the political and administrative action of the majority.

Any betrayal to the spirit and to the founding principles on which that program was built with (President and others that on the basis of those proposals have called for the vote citizenship) will be unacceptable to us. Then we express full solidarity with the positions expressed by appointing Councillor Bell and we find ourselves fully in the document by most of the candidates for municipal office of the Democratic Party and almost all of the secretaries of the PD V Hall.
